Beautiful Viewpoint - So many of our negative feelings, when we really step back and look at them, derive from fear. The fear of not being good enough, strong enough, beautiful enough, intelligent enough, funny enough and so on, take away our dreams.

For example the pain of a break up, brings up fears of being alone and detachment. Or perhaps the belief that you aren’t capable enough prevents you from getting that job, writing that book, creating something artistic, travelling or finding new friends. Then there’s the fear of letting go of a prop or an addiction, wondering how you will cope without that drink, chocolate bar or other addictive habit.

But are those fears true? Or are they beliefs you have created, based on past experiences and conditioning language, spoken to you by other insecure people, who in turn passed on their fears to you?

When we find ourself consumed with fear, it’s time to analyse what it is we actually are afraid of. You are so much more capable than you may give yourself credit for.

Revealing what’s really true and what is just your brain’s programmed thoughts can really change your life. Hypnotherapy can re-wire the brain to think differently, to see a new perspective on events and circumstances.

Meditation allows you to calm your mind and see things for what they truly are.

Don’t you owe it to yourself to break free from your fears? From those random thoughts that prevent you from having the best life you can possibly have? Consider all of the brave and wonderful things you have done and recognise how amazing you are. You’ve got this, you are enough and you can have the life you want, it’s just a question of believing in yourself and not your fears.
