Have you noticed changes this year already? Despite being in lockdown I am having some fascinating and enlightening conversations with people.

There seems to be a great deal of soul searching, an insatiable thirst for a deeper meaning of life and a shift in relationships.

I read a quote this morning which said “Faith is the miracle”, which might be true. I see faith as a true belief that comes when your heart resonates with what you discover and you therefore believe it to be true. It’s your own belief, and not something you have been told to believe. Whatever you believe in its right for you, and that’s ok. When you trust your heart and your intuition it brings you some peace.

To embark on a quest for truth in life, it starts with questions, then we begin the journey to find the answers. Sometimes the road is tough to travel on, but nothing is ever lost. There is always a pearl of wisdom in there, which can give us strength to keep going.

What I have learnt is that even when you are in the midst of the worst situation, eventually you will see it’s reason. If it’s tough right now for you, grip on tight or reach for a helping hand. If everything is shifting around you, wait and see where it falls. It may be a great deal better than before, you don’t actually deserve the right to everything always going wrong. Why shouldn’t you deserve happiness just like everyone else? Better days are coming, perhaps even amazing, wonderful, beautiful days. #happyfuture
