Model Mickey Monroe isn’t interested in hearing that women over 50 are on the shelf, and that they belong in some “grey-haired world”. In fact, she isn’t interested in anti-aging either, because she believes in an ageless life and is certainly living proof.

When I turned 40, I remember thinking “OK this is fine!” - and celebrated with a wonderful party and danced the night away.  But as I neared my 41st birthday, it suddenly hit me that this ageing thing doesn’t stop!  The next milestone was 50 and that’s old. I mean, as a teenager, I thought my parents were ancient in their fifties!

When we caught up with Sophie, she was on her way to Dublin to catch up with her long-term boyfriend Count Kaz Balinski-Jundzill and it’s obvious she’s in love and incredibly happy. Sophie is looking absolutely amazing at 40 and is healthier than ever.
