A day to step out of normal life for a while
I open up the Cosmic Cabin, and my cosy old timbered home, for a small group of us.
It's a day to be curious. To talk. To laugh. To learn something about yourself. And perhaps to realise that you are far more intuitive than you think you are.
No experience needed. You don't have to be "spiritual enough" or know anything about any of this. Just come with an open mind and a bit of curiosity.

Lunch, and something to take home
Sarah cooks. I don't touch the menu.
We move between the cabin and the house, and Sarah makes us a gorgeous healthy lunch and treats. Sarah and I have run retreats together for years, and I trust her completely in the kitchen.
Everyone goes home with a few magical gifts from the table, too.

If you'd love a day like this with your own people, I can bring it to you. Gather at least six friends who each book a place, and your own place is free.
Sarah and I bring the food, the gifts and everything for the table, and run the whole day at your home. If you're more than 50 miles from Lavenham, travel and accommodation are added.
Questions people ask
What happens on a day retreat?
We spend the day exploring intuition in all sorts of ways: tarot, dowsing, energy work, past lives, future progression, Quantum Jumping and guided meditation, with lunch by Sarah in the middle of it all. Every day unfolds a little differently, because that's how I work.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. You don't have to be "spiritual enough" or know anything about any of this. Just come with an open mind and a bit of curiosity.
How much does it cost?
£195 a person, which includes Sarah's lunch and treats, and the gifts you take home.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and an open mind. The cabin has blankets, cushions and everything you'll need to be comfortable. You may like to bring a notebook.
Where is it?
At the Cosmic Cabin in my garden in Lavenham, Suffolk, and in my home next to it.
What if I can't come?
Places are paid in advance and are non-refundable. If you can't come, we'll do our best to fill your place, and if we do, you'll have your money back.
Can I book a day for my friends?
Yes. Gather at least six friends who each book a place and your own place is free. Sarah and I bring everything and run the day at your home. Beyond 50 miles from Lavenham, travel and accommodation are added. More about hosting.
